The new state of the art Lafayette facility was the first of 2 facilities for the Cardiovascular Institute of the South, CIS.

CIS is a super group of over 40 cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons serving southern Louisiana.  This facility is 2-story, 44,000 square feet and  consist of 18 exam rooms, sophisticated diagnostic and testing, cardiac rehab and other suites for primary care physicians.  The project came in $300,000 under budget and had an 8 month fast-track schedule.
