MPA Developments, LLC has opened the first medical office building (“MOB”) on the Clearview Regional Medical Center campus in Monroe, Georgia.

In a somewhat unique business model, physicians on the hospital’s staff along with MPA Developments jointly own the building and have Clearview Regional Medical Center as the primary tenant, occupying 49% of the available space. The building is a two-story, 38,000 gross square foot building and is strategically positioned on the medical campus for patient access and physician and medical staff productivity.  This professional office building offers a wide range of medical specialties including: Oncology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pain & Spine Center, Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist, Wound Healing Center, Surgical Specialist, Physical Therapy and Metabolic Center.
