Fairway Physicians Building

Covington, Louisiana

The Fairway Physicians building in Covington, Louisiana was completed November 2004 by MedAsset, a predecessor to MPA Developments. 

This project was a Condominium style physician center with laser suite, ultrasound, special procedures room and physician offices. It was 14,500 square foot building and was delivered as a turnkey project that included the structure formation, financing, programming and design / construction.
