The Gransbury Surgical Center in Gransbury, Texas was developed by Medical Partners of America a parent company to MPA Developments, LLC. 

The ambulatory surgery center ("ASC") was a turnkey project that included the structure formation, financing, programming and design / construction. It consisted of 5 operating rooms & 15,081 square feet with surface parking.  The operating company and real estate company, which are two separate entities, are both owned by surgeons, procedure based physicians and primary care physicians. The ASC opened in February of 2007 and has since sold to Baylor SurgiCare.
