The Mansfield Surgery Center in Mansfield, Texas was developed by Medical Partners of America a parent company to MPA Developments, LLC. 

This  Ambulatory Surgery Center ("ASC") was a Physician owned ASC initially with 5 operating rooms & 15,700 square feet.  It has the ability to expand up to 50,000 square feet.  The ASC opened in September of 2008 and has since sold to Baylor SurgiCare.  The operating company and real estate company, which are two separate entities, are both 95% physician owned.
