The Wilson Medical Office Building in Wilson, North Carolina was completed in September 2004.

MedAsset (predecessor to MPA Developments) created a Limited Liability Company with the sponsoring hospital as the initiating Member.  This facility consisted of 32,400 gross square foot MOB with surface parking spaces, in a new planned 10 acre hospital medical park.  The project was delivered as a turnkey project that included the structure formation, financing, programming and design / construction.
